Parking
The most convenient parking for the Smith Center is in lots C, D, and E. Disabled parking is located in lot U above the Smith Center. Parking fees are not required for events during the summer months, as classes are not in session.


The Fletcher Jones Shuttle
Instead of walking up the steps from the parking lot to the Smith Center, hitch a ride in a brand new Mercedes, courtesy of the Fletcher Jones Motorcars Shuttle! Shuttle service will be available starting one hour before each performance, and after the opera ends.


Accessible Services
Wheelchair access and Assistive Listening Devices for the hearing impaired are available upon request. Please call the Smith Center Box Office at (510) 659-6031 at least 24 hours in advance to request these services.


Late Seating and Program Policies
Please allow extra time to walk up the stairs from the parking lots. All events start on time. Latecomers will be seated during the first appropriate pause in the program, as determined by the House Manager.
